NON-WEDDING RENTALS
WEEKDAY RENTALS
The first floor of the Museum may be rented Mondays-Thursdays for $500 for non-wedding events. (9 AM - 4 PM). No additional discounts are available except for Avoca Museum members.
WEEKEND RENTAL (>5 HOURS)
The Museum and Grounds may be rented for five hours on weekends for non-wedding events for the fee of $600. The fee for off-season rentals (November - March) is $500. No additional discounts are available except for Avoca Museum members.
FREE PHOTO SHOOTS
The museum’s grounds are open for free photo shoots between dawn and dusk as long as there is no event already scheduled. Please see our homepage for a listing of closures. The interior of the museum’s buildings (including the restroom facility) are not open during free photo shoots.
INTERIOR PHOTO SHOOTS
The interior of the museum’s mansion is open for photo shoots at a rate of $100 per hour. Overages are calculated on a prorated basis. Paid photo shoots include a site facilitator and usage of restroom facilities and bedrooms for wardrobe changes.
